By booking a ride or using any service provided by Saptik Cab Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Saptik Cab Service offers premium cab and chauffeur services for local travel, airport transfers, business trips, and other transport needs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.


3. Booking and Payments

  • All bookings can be made online, via phone, or through our official app.
  • Fare details will be shared before confirmation. Some rides may follow fixed pricing, while others may be metered based on distance and time.
  • Payments must be completed through approved methods (cash, card, or digital payment).
  • Any additional charges such as tolls or parking fees will be borne by the passenger.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you leave a personal item in one of our cabs, contact our customer support immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to locate and return the item but are not liable for any loss or damage.

For your safety, all rides are GPS-tracked, and our drivers are verified and trained. Passengers must wear seat belts at all times and follow local transport regulations.


8. Data Privacy

Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. We ensure that all data shared during booking and payment remains confidential and secure.


9. Limitation of Liability

Saptik Cab Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, delays, or technical failures beyond our control.
