By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any of our cab booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use or access our platform.
1. Overview
Saptik Cab Services provides cab and taxi services in Kolkata, including local city rides, airport transfers, outstation trips, and corporate travel solutions. These services are available through our website www.saptikcabservices.help and customer helpline.
By booking a cab with us, you acknowledge that you understand and accept all our terms, including our Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration or booking.
- Possess a valid payment method accepted by Saptik.
If you are booking on behalf of another person, you agree to ensure they also comply with these Terms.
3. Services Offered
Saptik provides a variety of cab options across Kolkata, including:
- Local Cab Service within city limits.
- Airport Taxi Service for pickups and drops at Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport.
- Outstation Taxi Service from Kolkata to nearby cities and tourist destinations.
- Corporate and Business Travel Packages.
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability, driver schedules, and service area limits.
4. Booking and Confirmation
Customers can book a ride through our website, mobile app, or helpline. Once a booking is made, you will receive a booking confirmation via SMS or email containing driver and vehicle details.
Please verify all details before your ride. Saptik is not responsible for errors in pickup locations, times, or user-provided contact details.
5. Pricing and Payments
All fares are displayed transparently during booking. Prices may vary based on distance, time, cab type, fuel prices, and traffic conditions.
Payments can be made via:
- Cash at the end of the trip
- Credit/debit card
- UPI or digital wallet
Taxes, tolls, and parking fees (if applicable) are additional unless specified.
Saptik reserves the right to revise fares without prior notice. However, the fare applicable at the time of booking will remain valid for that specific ride.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your booking anytime before the driver begins the trip.
Cancellation Charges:
- No charge if canceled 30 minutes before pickup.
- 25% of fare charged if canceled after driver assignment.
- Full fare may apply if the driver has already reached your location.
Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
Saptik reserves the right to cancel a ride due to unforeseen circumstances like vehicle breakdown, weather, or safety issues. In such cases, full refunds or alternative arrangements will be offered.
7. User Responsibilities
When using Saptik Cab Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off details.
- Treat drivers and vehicles with respect.
- Avoid any illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior during travel.
- Pay the full fare at the end of the trip unless prepaid.
Users are liable for any damages caused to the vehicle or property due to negligence or misconduct.
8. Driver Conduct
All Saptik drivers are trained, licensed, and background-verified. They are expected to maintain professionalism, punctuality, and cleanliness.
If you experience any misconduct, delay, or issue with a driver, please contact our customer support immediately.
Saptik does not tolerate harassment, abuse, or violence of any kind — from either passengers or drivers. Any violation will result in suspension or blacklisting from our platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
Saptik Cab Services acts as a transportation facilitator, connecting passengers with licensed drivers. While we take every measure to ensure safety and reliability, we cannot be held responsible for:
- Delays due to traffic, weather, or government restrictions.
- Personal belongings left behind in vehicles.
- Accidents, injuries, or losses arising from third-party actions.
Our liability, in any case, is limited to the value of the fare paid for the disputed booking.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We value your privacy. All personal information provided during booking — including names, phone numbers, and payment details — is stored securely and used solely for service delivery.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

11. Intellectual Property

12. Termination of Service
Saptik reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts or bookings without notice if we find:

- Abusive behavior toward drivers or staff
Upon termination, your right to access our platform will immediately cease.
13. Force Majeure
Saptik Cab Services shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in service due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, internet outages, or technical failures.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and applicable state laws of West Bengal.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, India.
15. Changes to Terms
